What 'white-label WhatsApp API' means on Botify
Your clients log in on your own domain and see your logo, colours, company name and support email. Each client gets its own workspace with its own WhatsApp number, contacts and campaigns, and WhatsApp messages show the client's own business name.
You don't need a Meta app of your own: clients onboard on Botify's platform, and Botify handles WhatsApp/Meta escalations as your second line. If you want your own Meta app for brand reasons, it is an optional extra at ₹25,000 one-time.

WhatsApp message pricing you pass on
WhatsApp usage is never discounted, and it is never hidden. You buy at Botify's list rate from your prepaid partner wallet and may charge your clients up to 25% more: in India a WhatsApp marketing message costs you ₹0.93 and you may charge up to ₹1.16; a utility or OTP message costs ₹0.20 and you may charge up to ₹0.25 (excl. 18% GST).
Because the ceiling is fixed, your clients are protected from runaway rates — and you can still build a usage margin on high-volume senders.
Silver for WhatsApp-first partners, Gold for AI-led clients
If you mainly sell WhatsApp — with SMS and email as add-ons — Silver is enough: ₹4,999 a month, up to 15 active clients, 40% off the Starter (WhatsApp) and Growth (WhatsApp, SMS, email) plans, on a monthly contract.
Choose Gold (₹9,999 a month, 16–50 clients, 45% off, 12 months) when clients want the Pro plan's AI Sales Agent, AI voice or RCS. Platinum (₹24,999, unlimited clients, 50% off) adds Ads Manager for click-to-WhatsApp campaigns run from the same dashboard.

Who does what on WhatsApp

Can I sell a WhatsApp-only plan?

Does each client need its own WhatsApp number?
Every client gets a separate workspace under your partner account, with its own numbers, contacts and campaigns.
What protects my clients from spam problems on a shared platform?
Anti-spam pauses protect every number on the platform. Sending only to opted-in contacts and following WhatsApp's Business Policy keeps each client's number healthy.
