What you can build for a client depends on the plan you sell them. Botify's published plan features are:

Selling chatbots as a service
Chatbot work has two income lines. The build — mapping the conversation, writing the flows, connecting the catalog or lead capture — is your service fee, and Botify takes no share of it. The platform is recurring: you buy each client account at 40–50% off list and charge your own monthly price.
Clients log in to their own workspace on your domain, so you decide whether they edit flows themselves or you manage the bot for them as part of a monthly fee.

Billing for a chatbot business
Botify invoices you on the 1st for the platform fee and every active client; a client in its 7-day free trial costs nothing, so you can build and demo a bot before the client pays. WhatsApp messages the bot sends debit live from your partner wallet at list rates, which you may mark up by up to 25%.
You invoice your clients — build fee, monthly platform and usage — under your own GSTIN.

How many chatbot flows does each client get?
It depends on the plan you sell: 1 flow on Starter, 10 drag-and-drop flows on Growth, 25 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise, as published on botify.in/pricing.
Do I need to code to build bots?
No. The chatbot builder is no-code, and Botify gives your team free training and a certification test on the platform.
Can the chatbot reply with AI?
Growth includes unlimited AI auto-reply. Pro adds the AI chatbot builder and the AI Sales Agent, which answers, qualifies and books meetings 24/7. Pro needs Gold or Platinum.
Can I charge clients a set-up fee for each bot?
Yes. Botify charges no per-client set-up fee and takes no share of your own service income, so the build fee is entirely yours.
Will clients see my brand or Botify's?
Yours. The dashboard runs on your domain with your logo, colours, company name and support email. On WhatsApp, the bot speaks under your client's own business name.
Can I demo a bot before the client pays?
Yes. A client in its 7-day free trial costs you nothing, and trial clients don't count towards tier move-ups.
