What is a Botify Certified Partner?
A Botify Certified Partner is an independent WhatsApp Business API service provider trained and certified by Botify. You sell Botify to businesses, set up their WhatsApp API, templates, chatbots and campaigns, and support them. You earn a 15–20% recurring margin on each client's plan, plus the service fees you charge yourself.
Is the training really free?
Yes. There is no course fee and no joining fee. Training is delivered by the Botify team, and you receive a Botify certificate after passing the certification test. The certificate is valid for 12 months and can be renewed.
How much can a WhatsApp API service provider earn with Botify?
You earn 15% of each client's monthly plan price, rising to 20% once you have 10 active clients, for as long as the client stays subscribed. On the Growth plan (₹3,499/month) that is about ₹525 per client per month at 15% and ₹700 at 20%. You also keep 100% of the set-up and service fees you charge your clients. Earnings depend entirely on the clients you bring and keep — there is no fixed salary.
Is this a job? Will I be a Botify employee?
No. It is an independent partnership, not employment. There is no salary, no fixed working hours and no target imposed by Botify at this tier. You can do it alongside a job, studies or your own business.
Who can apply? Do I need a technical background?
Freelancers, digital marketers, students, IT and web professionals, and anyone comfortable with a web dashboard can apply. You do not need to code — Botify's chatbot builder and campaign tools are no-code. You do need to be able to speak to business owners and support them after the sale.
What is the difference between an Affiliate, a Certified Partner and a Reseller?
An Affiliate only refers businesses and earns 10% for 12 months; Botify does the rest. A Certified Partner is trained to sell, set up and support clients, and earns 15–20% for as long as the client stays, with no fee to join. A Reseller pays a monthly tier fee (from ₹4,999) for a reseller panel and earns 15–35% commission, with white-label on the higher tiers.
How do I become a Prime Partner or get a district franchise?
Prime Partner is by invitation for the best-performing partners: at least 6 months active, 15 or more live clients, 90% client retention and no compliance strikes. Prime Partners earn 25% and receive qualified leads from Botify. Proven partners can then be considered for a District Franchise with a 30% recurring revenue share.
How and when are Certified Partners paid?
Margin is calculated on the plan price actually collected from your clients, excluding GST and message charges, and paid monthly to your bank account once your balance reaches ₹999.
How is partner performance measured?
Every partner has a monthly scorecard: new paying clients, subscription revenue added, clients still active after 90 days, whether each client went live within 14 days, and compliance strikes or escalations. Promotion to Prime Partner is decided on this scorecard.
