What you can offer with the AI voice agent

The AI Voice Agent handles inbound and outbound calls for your clients. Typical uses partners can build include answering enquiry calls, calling new leads back, and following up on reminders — alongside the WhatsApp, SMS and email journeys you already run for the same client.

Because voice sits in the same client workspace as the other channels, a lead can be called, followed up on WhatsApp and reported on in one place, under your brand.

Voice economics in one line

You pay ₹5 a minute for AI voice at Botify list, debited from your prepaid partner wallet, and may charge your clients up to ₹6.25 a minute (excl. 18% GST). For every 1,000 minutes a client uses, that is ₹5,000 of cost and up to ₹6,250 of billing — a usage margin of up to ₹1,250 on top of your plan margin.

Voice usage is never discounted, so the per-minute margin is entirely the markup you choose within the 25% ceiling.

Gold (₹9,999 a month, 16–50 active clients, 45% off list, 12-month contract) is the first tier that can sell AI voice. A Pro client account costs you ₹3,849 a month on Gold against a ₹6,999 list price.

Platinum (₹24,999 a month, unlimited clients, 50% off — ₹3,500 per Pro account) makes sense once you pass 50 clients or want Ads Manager and a named partner manager.

Billing and support for voice

Minutes debit live from your prepaid partner wallet at ₹5 each; the opening wallet is ₹10,000 on Gold and ₹25,000 on Platinum. You bill your clients per minute at your own rate within the ₹6.25 ceiling, under your own GSTIN.

You are the first line for setting up each client's voice agent and supporting them. Botify is second line for voice routing, platform uptime and partner training — with a named partner manager on Platinum.

Is the voice agent branded as mine?

Your clients manage it inside the white-label dashboard on your domain, with your logo, colours and company name. Botify is not shown to your clients.

What does a Pro client account cost me?

₹3,849 a month on Gold and ₹3,500 on Platinum, against Botify's Pro list price of ₹6,999 (excl. 18% GST). You set the price you charge.

What contract does Gold require?

Gold and Platinum are 12-month contracts. You can move up a tier any time and move down only at renewal.
